Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
12 years of experience in business application development and/or IT development with 5 years leading teams.
Programming experience in Java, C++, Python, Web Services (RESTful, SOAP),SQL.
Experience in multiple full system implementation lifecycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support).

Preferred qualifications:

PhD degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience implementing financial solutions using SAP technologies.
10 years of relevant industry experience, with 5 years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience.
Experience in the design, implementation and delivery of scalable build/test/release infrastructure. Expertise in problem-solving and technical innovation.
Experience with SAP FI/CO, PO, CPI, Ariba, or SuccessFactors. Experience with On-premise and Cloud implementations.
Experience implementing and customizing vendor software or building custom financial applications. Experience with Java.
Understanding of information management, data modeling, system integration, development methodologies, and unit testing.

Responsibilities:

Partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve internal business processes. Integrate third-party products into an ERP system. Identify, assess, estimate, and solve complex business challenges.
Maintain levels of development practices including: technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution, writing clean, modular, and self-sustaining code.
Architect solutions to automate and scale business systems. Provides direction for architecture, design, build, and support activities required for SAP and other enterprise software platforms and drive for excellence, performance, and security.
Manage a team of Engineers, including task planning and code reviews. Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative environment.
Be responsible for the overall planning, execution and success of complex technical projects. Contribute technically to projects. Work with Product Management teams to ensure we're building the best products.
