Be part of the CED Operations team that provides 24X7 operations support to internal and
external customers.
2. Review Server health from Max Infrastructure components using SCOM and CED custom alerts.
3. Patch and reboot the servers as per the Windows update schedule.
4. Respond to alerts from multiple Max systems, like MaxEdge, MaxCloud, MaxFactory and Access
Portal.
5. Monitor the field end points.
6. Check the integrity of the data coming in using various tools.
7. Deploy and update MaxEdge installlations.
8. Work with LET service providers for activating the SIMs.

10. Work with IT to establish proper connectivity across various systems to get data into the Max
platform.
11. Perform software installs for clients and servers.
12. Monitor multiple inboxes for client requests.
13. Generate tickets from support requests.
14. Troubleshooting user’s application issues.
15. Review monthly reports.
16. Complete the work assigned by the onsite/offshore Support manager.
17. Work with IT team on server and application issues.
18. Work with IT team for accounts, service accounts and firewall requests.
19. Work with Software Vendor on issues/bugs in the software.
