• The sales executives MUST be from our industry ( ie mobile accessories) with min 2-4 years channel sales experience, must have own conveyance & speak the local language
• Additional Notes for Sales Openings: We are Looking at candidates who have handled product categories like Mobile Accessories, Audio Video Accessories & Computer Accessories. 
• These should not be confused with things like IT peripherals like monitors, printers etc which employ a different skill set. 
• Looking at candidates who have handled brands similar to Toronto, Oraimo, JBL, Boat, Honeywell, Belkin, Zook, Pebble, iTek, Portronics, Stuffcool, Belkin, iBall, Intex, Jabra, Skullcandy, Philips, Sony, etc. 
• Not interested in Telecom Service companies like Idea, Reliance, Bharti Airtel et which will not suit us at all. 
• Candidate should have channel management experience in selling products not services.

 JD for Area Sales Executive

• Will be independently responsible to handle the turnover for that State.
• Channel Sales & Distribution experience of at least 4 to 5 years
• Ability to effectively manage and lead a team
• Responsible for the Distributor sales team
• Setting a growth plan in line with company ambitions and implementing the plans
• Accurate forecasting of stocks
• Good grip on healthy financial practices and control of receivables
• good reporting and market intelligence gathering capability
• ability to size up market gaps and new product requirements
• business development - developing existing channels and new channels and putting in place best business practices
• ability to independently handle distribution of multiple brands
• Experience preferred in: ( in order of preference)
• Mobile accessories, Mobile Handset, IT Accessories with Thorough knowledge and
• experience of local markets

Criteria

• Good written and spoken English and Hindi -Great presentation skills
• Must have own conveyance
• CTC : 2.0 lacs to 2.6 lacs p/a all inclusive
