Job Description:

• Establishing, maintaining and expanding Super-Stockiest, Distributor, Wholesalers.
• Responsible for increasing Secondary Sales
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
• Servicing the needs of your existing Wholesales and Retailer.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets for the entire region allocated.
• Maintaining and submitting data in a timely manner as per the company norms.
• Achieving the Sales Target
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the Sales Team
• Setting sales targets for individuals’ sales personnel and your team as a whole.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• Identifying Loophole and discussing the same with Management for improving the productivity
