Job Purpose
1. Make new distributors or dealers of Big Installer or Big Distributor from competitions.
2. Increase the sales of distributors by offering training and meeting more customers.
3. Build Trust among new and existing distributors by engaging them on regular basis.
Primary Responsibility
1. Contact and physical meeting with retail shop/dealers/distributors/installers to inform
them about Loom Solar Product and offerings (daily visit 10 counters)
2. Cold Calling to Prospective customers/dealers to identify sales opportunity
3. Lead Generation for Dealer Network to increase the sales
4. Do Engineer Visit at Customer Location to close the leads
5. Negotiate with dealers to sell our product only if competitor is offering similar price.
6. Prepare Quotations and share with dealers for their order requirement
7. Keep Record and update of all visits in company sales application
8. Pickup call and respond to each dealers on immediate basis
9. Ensure that Loom Solar products are the first choice in the channel vis a vis the
competition
10.Ensure stock availability of 30 days Inventory with Channels Partners
11. Monitor Distributor and dealer Stock movement & Secondary / Tertiary Sales
12.Conduct Distributor / Dealer meets and training programs
Qualifications:
1. Preferred Graduate/MBA Candidate with 2-3 years’ experience in distribution of Solar /
Power Backup Industry
2. Preference will be given to Tata Solar, Luminous, Livguard, Exide, Microtek, Okaya,
Polycab and Havells employee
3. Great communication skills, fluency in both English or Hindi or regional language
4. An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 3 years
5. Rigorous follow-up and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Dealers/Distributors.
