The successful candidate will be required to:
Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
Responsibilities:
Ø Develop distributor and dealer chain.
Ø Effective reporting to Regional Office & Head office (Kolkata) team for entire business function and DAR (daily activity report).
Ø Strong and healthy grip on sales team work, performance and report.
Ø Visit 15 retailers/outlets on daily basis, and generates orders.
Ø Grows existing customers by obtaining new orders and scheduling promotions to increase sales through their stores.
Ø Plan and organize daily work schedule for team to visit on stockist cataloguers, distributors, retailers and customers relative to enhance our business.
Ø Manages team sales representatives to best support and grow the business in their assigned area.
Ø Insure they perform in the best interest of the company and achieve desired results.
Ø Make changes as necessary.
Ø Visits customer on a regular basis to maintain a strong relationship and inform them of new products and products transition. Provides products training as necessary.
Ø Keeps managements informed by submitting activity and results report daily.
Ø Submit weekly sales forecast and works with management to insure good products availability.
Ø Actively seek out and obtain new accounts through research of the market to identify target customers, their current products offerings, establish clear priorities and recommend the strategy necessary to obtain their business.
Required skills -
Should be well versed with Local Market.
The candidate should have 6 to 9 years of sales experience in the Channel Sales.
Candidate from (Electrical, mobile, & IT products) background is preferable
Should have an experience in retails sales.
Strong communication skills.
Strong Leadership and managerial Skills.
Commitment to achieving the Sales target.
