v DST Management – Improve Channel Promotion
a) Improve Builder relationship
- APF Penetration.
- Joint sales promotion/visibility at builders sites/offices etc,
- Empanelment of CAs as connectors
- Empanelment of property dealers/brokers 6. Managing and promotion Corporate Activities
- To achieve performance parameters of DST. Contact Centre leads conversion
v Timely hiring of DSTs
- Manage staff attrition.
- To train team on product to existing & new DSTs.
- Ensure to organised minimum 1 training per quarter along with Credit & Ops.
v Train Management trainee of various RO process
v Ensure to source doable and quality files so that the approval rate target can be achieved as per business plan.
v Ensure to minimise SUD cases to control wastage.
v FTR on connector empanelment
- Adherence to code of conduct of company and ensure to protect conflict of interest with business partners.
- Right coordination between customer, channel, internal functions to adhere to service quality as stated.
