1. Manage the Talent Acquisition Function independently, for all internal recruitments
2. Obtain manpower requirements from Division/Location HoDs and draw up appropriate Position Profiles
3. Conduct initial rounds of personal or Zoom call Interviews in coordination with HR/Admin Executives at Manufacturing Plants, Technology Centre and other Offices.
4. Maintain a professional working relationship with empaneled Placement Agencies
5. Maintain all records and documentation connected with recruitment processes till selection and onboarding of the new incumbent.
