1. Manage & Control invoicing, dispatches & documents preparations
2. Handle imports & local purchase
3. Manage local transport, other locations in different states, taking quotations, getting
approvals
4. Expand Logistics database by adding many vendors, service providers
5. Making proper filings, documents related to logistics
6. Manage inventory control, update stock daily basis, old stock check & report to management
7. Knowledge of imports & exports
8. implement the manager and company's regulations and implementation rules carefully,
strictly purchase according to the procurement plan, to achieve timely, applicable,
reasonable reduction of material backlog and procurement costs. Complete invoices for
purchasing goods, invoices and goods in line, reporting to accountant timely
9. Knowing the market conditions well enough, select the best suppliers according to the
principle of "high quality, low price"
10. controlling the quality of purchasing Strictly, select samples for examination and approval by
the QC department, Be sure that when purchasing large quantities of materials must be
