Assistant Manager - Risk Management

Key responsibilities:

Update Business Continuity plans as per the framework
Anchor BCP/DR tests efficiently per defined frequency addressing business nuances
Manage incidents from BCP and streamline Incident Management process
Conduct and maintain BIA
Conduct awareness to Risk and Controls Champions and Managers on BCP requirements
Measuring efficiency of existing controls and recommending controls enhancing process
Ensure that all significant issues have an appropriate level of visibility at executive level
Support the risk team to embed and improve the risk management process set out in AXA Business Services
Perform risk assessment for critical applications and business processes
Develop organizational BCP policy and procedures aligned to ISO 22301
Detailed study of all processes to determine end to end functioning of the BCP process
Conduct business impact analysis of business processes, applications and products
Designing, developing, and documenting Business Continuity Plan for all the functions as per the project requirement e.g., evacuation plans, site emergency management plans, call trees, business continuity plans, crisis management plans etc
Recommending recovery strategies and cost benefit options to the management, and assisting with the implementation of approved recovery solutions
Conduct safety and business continuity plan training to various segments in the organizations viz. senior management, BCP working group, BCP coordinators and all staff of the company and partner associates
Plan and carry out business continuity and DR tests within the AXA Business Services
Carry out site risk assessments aligned to organizational policies, identify gaps, suggest mitigating controls and tracking closure of gaps
Carry out risk assessment of IT infrastructure, identify single points of failure and track implementation to closure
Monitor DR implementation and ensure implemented DR meets
signed off RTO/RPO for applications
Carry out ongoing DR tests for applications and monitor compliance to business signed off RTO/RPO
