A Luxury Boutique Hospitality Firm. The firm intends to source and manage a portfolio of hand selected luxury properties on a PAN India basis. These select properties will be marketed exclusively on their state-of-the-art digital platform.
To this end, the firm is looking to recruit professionals interested in working in a young and dynamic enterprise that is technology first.
To make client acquisition presentations in different settings.
To keep abreast with the latest offerings in the market.
To close deals and achieve targets assigned.
Responsibilities and Duties
Acquisition and managing relationships with new HNI clients.
Responsible for the end to end lead management, sales and business development for the region.
Achieving sales targets in a result-focused environment.
Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.
Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
Required to be constantly updated with the real estate market, gather market Intelligence and develop plans accordingly.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
MBA with a work experience of minimum 2 years in Real Estate is preferred.
