Responsibilities
This is a part-time remote role for an Assistant . The Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Supervisor in managing the day-to-day operations of the team, including but not limited to, monitoring daily performance metrics, providing feedback and training, and ensuring team compliance with company policies. Following and enforcing relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Ability to think strategically and contribute to problem-solving efforts
