We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. This role will involve supporting our recruitment efforts across various departments and assisting in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization.

Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain candidate records and track recruitment metrics
Support HR team with administrative tasks as needed
Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving recruitment processes

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks
