Job Description

Assoc License Compliance Analyst

State: Maharashtra

City: IND Pune - Business Bay

Job ID: 25316

Experience/ Qualifications:

Experienced in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Sharepoint,etc)
Strong English Skills (written and verbal)
Strong organization and communication skills
Experience in software industry, customer support/service

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Request license usage/Statement of Capacity information from customers on specific products. Follow up and work with customers/Sales to ensure correct information is provided in a timely manner.
Perform simple usage analysis/SOC reconciliation to determine a customer’s compliancy status; review all cases with Program Managers.
Communicate the customer’s compliancy status outcome to sales teams and customers.
Research customers’ entitlement, contracts, contacts, support ids
Focus on Productivity, Quality and defined SLAs
Manage general Mailbox to ensure emails are answered and archived in a timely manner
Book straight forward, standard orders in OE+ to help shorten the time to close the books, if required
