As a Program Manager, you will focus on delighting customers and our vendor's community with new and differentiated initiatives. These initiatives should provide an enhanced customer value proposition and more services to retain existing customers and vendors.

The Product 

• Our product plays a crucial role in the life of an urban family. If we are late or do something wrong, a child goes hungry to school, a parent has to run for essentials, breakfast plans get disturbed and that messes up a great morning of a happy family. There's more to it, that we want you to take over and shape up.
• There are 2 traits that matter for the team - high IQ and high commitment. - It's a Weekend- is not really a reason to not answer vendor/customer/team calls. Asking questions is good but losing context is not. We are a consumer-facing company in the end.
• We are in a high growth phase with lots of opportunities to try, fail, learn and execute cool things.

Responsibilities 

• - You will be directly working with CXO's, VP's, Product Managers & Data Scientists. 
• - Solving critical business problems which will enhance the customer and vendors experience. 
• - Take complete ownership of a feature/metric/project. 
• - Monitor health and progress of the projects.

Basic Qualifications - 

• - Strong Problem Solving Skills. 
• - Analytical and data-driven who loves playing with excel & google sheets. 
• - Excellent communication skills.

Good to have -

• - Understanding technical constraints and challenges.
