Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We have an urgent opening of Associate Sales Consultant
Process - Outbound Sales
Working Days - 5 Days (Rotational Off)
Fixed Salary+ Unlimited Incentives
only online sales, no Cold Calling
Fresher/Graduate/Undergraduate/B.Tech Fresher/MBA Fresher
No Cab Facility
Job Type- Full-time
Salary- ₹240,000.00 to ₹300,000.00 /year

Role description:

Assisting customers in sale of a range of financial products on phone
Role entails working only in Day shift
Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.
Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.

Candidate Profile:

Flexible to work in 5 days, roster off environment
Good Communication skills (verbal and non verbal)
Good selling and negotiations skills
Minimum 0 to 1 year experience in working in the areas of Sales
