Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:- 
- Taking care of inbound and outbound Telecom, computer hardware, network troubleshooting, operating systems, and Internet queries of the customer - To analyze and solve technical issues for Laptop/Desktops/Applications issues - Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps - Provide first line technical support  
SKILLS REQUIRED:- - Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral)  - Basic knowledge Networking, LAN, WAN, Corporate enterprise domain infrastructure environment - Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work
