Job Description

We are Hiring Associates Back-end Operations Voice Process
Experience: 0 to 3 Years, Freshers Can Apply
Monthly Gross Salary: Rs 17500/- to 26000/-
ResponsibilityContacting existing customers to inform them about due amount and details as per scripts.

Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.

Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

Maintains quality by the following organization standards

Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements High school, diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.

Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.

Fluent in English and Hindi.

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.

Ability to understand products and describe/explain them to prospects.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and complaints.
