Job Summary

As a Senior ATG Developer, you'll help implement eCommerce solutions for our clients using the ATG business platform. Business needs must be translated into effective technical solutions using several core technologies including web applications from ATG and others. You will work with related technologies such as Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, Oracle, SQL, HTML, XML, and UML. Your expertise in all phases of a project's lifecycle from analysis to development will help you continue to build and deliver world-class systems.

As a leader, you will mentor and coach other colleagues in best practices and lead projects. Exciting projects will continue to broaden your industry experience and continuously enhance your skills with new challenges. Responsibilities

•Build upon commercial web applications such as ATG application server, content management personalization engine, B2C and B2B commerce platforms, and portal with custom code

•Code on ATG Commerce platforms

•Need to understand ATG Commerce profile and DAS and DPS profile, dynamic pricing, fulfillers and fulfilment module, abandoned orders, as well as custom actions and events

•Must be able to solve the critical issues related to ATG framework and its integration with other frameworks

•Agile experience is desirable

•Mentor junior developers and provide consulting assistance as needed

This position is open for Trivandrum, Cochin and Bangalore locations.

Qualifications

•Have at least 7 years of IT experience with a minimum of 4 years of ATG experience

•Hands-on ATG knowledge is a must

•Should have excellent communication skills

•Strong ATG, Java and J2EE development experience

•Experience building e-commerce solutions is a must

•Experience with various middleware technologies is a must

•Web Services development experience such as SOAP, WSDL, and UDDI

•Hands-on skills using databases including Oracle and MySQL

•Experience using Hibernate and or other OR mapping tools

•Experience with popular Java IDEs (Eclipse/WSAD)

•Excellent technical problem-solving skills

•Excellent written and verbal skills
