Job Description

Designation: Auto Consultant/ Dealer Consultant
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Handle Customers for Sales of Vehicles with clear Understanding.
  • Handle Customer for product information, specification.
  • Manage leads, prospects, and potential buyers effectively.
  • Execute customer retention campaigns and initiatives.
  • The plan for timely sales leads to closure and vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain post-service, follow-up schedule to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Organize work to meet expected timelines and quality.
  • Work effectively with colleagues and other teams by using proper communication methods. 
  • Implement the steps required to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
  • Establish safe, healthy and environment-friendly surroundings in the organization.
  • Offer & take a test drive with the customer for awareness and understanding features advantages and benefits ( FAB)
  • Lead / Enquiry Generations by various sources including fieldwork.
  • Handle necessary documentation and internal CRM/ DMS as applicable.
  • The front face of the company and working with all cross-functional teams
  • Meeting sales targets as per brand and dealership.

  • Capable to handle customer related issues, Negotiation skills.

  • Techno commercial, product, services, market & sales process knowledge.
  • Knowledge of finance, finance schemes, insurance and facilities
  • Hand on skills for digital literacy.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Candidate must have 2 wheelers Vehicle.
  • Candidate must have  2 wheelers & 4 wheelers license 
  • Ready to travel to customers, promotional events, fieldwork for business development and understanding needs.
  • Report to respective Team leader Sales & hierarchy.
  • Understand commercials for billing and payments.
  • Basic knowledge of the RTO process
