Job Description:

Good knowledge on Voice ( Avaya/ Cisco ) products.
Log calls with service provider in case of failure of networking links which are connected to devices under the scope of monitoring & management.
Coordinate with respective service providers across the country to resolve the complaintIP telephony system installation & configuration
Call routing setup Media resource setup including
Conference bridge and announcement
Device setup including CTI route point, gateway & gatekeeper, IP phone service setup, phone button template setup
Application setup User management setup Cisco Unified Communications Manager /Avaya Manager
Bulk Administration Dependency records SIP phones setup IPT end point devices support for day-to-day issuesUnderstanding on VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 , MGCP,H.248, SCCP
Should have experience in basic networking skills such as routers & Switches (Voice gate ways)
Good Understanding of VoIP media-RTP/RTCP Deployment of IP phones, including voicemail administrationManaging, Administrating and Implementing VoIP solutions
Good knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) 8.6/9.1.2/10.X and Voice Technologies – Avaya Call Manager, Avaya Media Server, Avaya Media Gateway
Good Hands-on Cisco UCS Server, Cisco Unified Applications, Cisco ISR Gateways
Sound knowledge of E1 , FXO , FXS Configuration – PVDM resources
