UAT Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform end to end Testing; User Acceptance Testing, Regression & Functional
- Documentation of UAT Test Scenarios - Test Cases / Test Scripts
- Test automation and build automation script suite
- Provide training on best practices and industry wide standardized Testing approach
- Build competency assessment tests for testers
- Defect Management - identification and analysis of defects and work with Ops teams to ensure the quality of delivered software as well as ensuring timely bug resolution.
- In parallel with testing responsibilities, the candidate will be required to assist in the delivery of monthly/quarterly reporting on the testing results.
- Update documentation that has gone out-of-date
Soft Skills Required
'- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Understanding of TDD, BDD and Shift Left concepts
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to negotiate, communicate and deliver effective Automated Test solutions to both Development and QA organizations.
- Experience in use of MS Office products for both analysis and presentation.
Technical Skills required.
'- Bachelor's Degree and/or Graduate Degree.
- Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role.
- experience in project management and QA methodology.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
- experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools.
Basic knowledge of Web/HTML
