B2B/Inside Sales/Relationship Executive jobs in Hyderabad at Kriyo

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Scouting: Identify potential customers and pitch to them about the benefits of using KRIYO platform, train and onboard them

· Customer Relationship Management:Support customers to clarify any queries/issues, analyse their usage and communicate accordingly to help them effectively utilise the product

· Team Player: Efficiently coordinate with field sales team

Eligibility Criteria:

· We are looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership who will be able to bring more customers to Kriyo

· Patience and persistence to follow up with leads is a must to have the personality trait

· Effective communication and ability to explain the benefits of KRIYO platform to customers in a simple way

· Excellent verbal and written communication in English and good verbal communication in Hindi is a must. Ability to speak any other languages is a plus
