What you might be doing on a typical day as a Web- Chat executive:

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over email, chat or the web
  • Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion
  • Wow customers with your ability to answer their questions and solve their problems with professionalism
  • Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back

    • Superior customer service skills and teamwork
    • Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience
