Job brief:

• We are looking for a reliable Female Office executive/Backend office executive. 
• They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring  classes for all the categories happen on time.  
• The tasks of the office executive will include bookkeeping, calling customers to schedule Demos, organizing classes according to the schedule and talking to Faculty when needed. 
• The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. 
• They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. 
• The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. 

Responsibilities

• Calling and Managing customer phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Co-ordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as an office executive, backend executive or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of computer and MS Office.
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
