JOB DESCRIPTION:-

  • Handle user queries through calls related to Internet Explorer, MS-Office, Printer, Network related issues and Operating system.
  • Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively. Required to handle Queries.
  • Should be able to resolve and give appropriate solutions to the customers.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED-

 

  • Candidates should be confident while communicating
  • Candidate (both freshers and experienced) with excellent communication skills required.
  • The candidate should be able to handle the pressure.
  • Candidate should be time flexible

 

SHIFT FOR INTERNATIONAL - Rotational (24*7) , Includes Night Shifts also.

 

Both side Transport facility available (Pick & Drop).

 

Eligibility:-

1. Candidate should have 1 year of total BPO experience in customer service/technical support.

2. Undergraduate or any Graduate can apply.

     FRESHER'S ALSO ELIGIBLE.
