Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
2. Assist in resolving customer issues by identifying problems, researching solutions, and escalating complex cases to senior team members
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using MS Excel and MS Office, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide innovative solutions
5. Utilize strong written and verbal English and Hindi proficiency to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
6. Contribute to the development of customer service strategies and initiatives, continuously enhancing our service quality
7. Display a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach, consistently striving to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service
