Job Description

Designation: BPO Executive Inbound Process

Process: US based inbound sales process

Responsibility:

· Take inbound calls

· Deliver sales scripts to pitch and market the product/service.

· Describe the products and services

· Respond to questions

· Identify and overcome objections

· Take the customer through the sales process

· Obtain customer information

· Maintain customer/potential customer data bases

Salary: ₹15,500.00 to ₹25000.00 /month + Incentives

Experience:

· Fresher/1 to 2 year relevant BPO Sales experience

Educational and Professional requirements

· 10+2 or Graduate or Equivalent (Required)

· Preference from BPO sales background

· Has already worked for US/UK process

· Communication skills

· Convincing skills and selling skills
