Responsibilities:

Follow Call Center Scripts when handling different calls/issues
Identifying customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide relevant solutions to the customers
Maintain regular follow-up with Customer till closure of Overdue Accounts

Requirements:

Freshers (Preferred); Candidates with 1 Year experience in Calling or Voice process can apply
Candidates fluent in English & Hindi with Telugu.
Candidates fluent in Tamil with English will be offered additional Salary
Articulate & Strong Phone & Verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
