Key Responsibilities:

• Understand end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting, lead generation, pitch the service, demos, and closing the deal.
• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company services.
• Explaining about the company services to the potential customers.
• Develop relationships with customers and clients.
• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
• Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks to achieve sales objectives.
• A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and service offerings.
