Major Accountabilities-.
nOverall branch supervision, achieving branch budgets, making strategies for dominating catchment with branch team, support of product and marketing teams.
nEnsuring achievement of productivity per resource, income generation and key account management
nDeveloping product wise sales plan and ensuring implementation of the same for achieving product wise targets.
nEnsuring clarity of objective among team members for achieving sales and operational functions.
nEnsuring that the team members are trained regularly across important products and processes.
nPeriodic review of progress vs. objective across all product lines.
nPeriodic review of operational, service quality and other efficiency parameters and ensuring correction if needed.
