A Business Operations Associate shall be Lokll's local representative in the city that he/ she operates. He shall be responsible for promoting Lokll at the city level and generate revenue for the company. Since Lokll is a new concept, he would be expected to understand Lokll's business model in depth and should be able to articulate it well to prospective suppliers, partners and customers to onboard them on Lokll's platform and to generate revenue with minimum costs. The primary responsibilities will include, but not restricted to:
Revenue Management:
Hotel Partner Engagement - Developing and nurturing the relationship with Hotels, making sure that Hotels understand and transact on Lokll's platform generating bookings for Lokll
Travel Agent Engagement - Onboarding Travel agents on Lokll's platform, nurture the relationship with them, train them to understand Lokll's platform and transact on it
Offline Customer Acquisition - Targeting offline customers and making them transact and repeat with Lokll. This will be done through on-ground activities and will involve substantial legwork
Business Development :
Category development: Identify new categories that would enrich customer's local experience and create strategies to onboard the Supply
Supply partner development: Identifying Supply partners critical for ensuring depth and quality of experiences on the local platform, meetings with supply partners, onboarding and regular nurturing
Daily Operation :
Resolve any customer or supplier related issue on the ground
Be available on call to answer the queries of partners on every aspect. Be it onboarding process, technical issue or financial issue
Manage partner relation issues on daily basis pertaining to payment, tech and customer issues
Maintain a tracker for all these issues and regularly update central team incase of any unresolved issue
