Who you are:
You are a Business Analyst, who will be responsible for the management of all aspects of data and information (both structured and unstructured) from business requirements to logical and physical design in a IT solution. An ambitious individual who can work under your own direction towards agreed targets and goals, you have the ability to manage change and to work under stress. You are curious to learn as demonstrated by your up-to-date technical knowledge. You are a good team player and you are familiar with Agile methodologies and principles and/or have experience working in an Agile team. We seek an applicant who will thrive in an open, dynamic, flexible, fun, spirited, collaborative environment; an individual who desires creative freedom and the opportunity to work in a high performing team.
What you will do:
As a Business Analyst, you will:- Perform analysis and description of business processes, and their translation into functional and non-functional IT requirements.
- Attending Business Requirement Document (BRD) calls to understand the requirements.
- Interact with system architects and developers to ensure the system is properly implemented
- Expertise in delivering functional and non-functional requirements, use-cases, process models, and impact analysis.
Collaborate with Test teams for the System and User Acceptance testing and resolving any business flow issues.Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Relevant years of experience as Business Analyst in development & maintenance environments with knowledge in mainframes.
- Expertise on business analysis tools.
- Excellent communication both Verbal and Written.
- Excellent business analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in mainframes PL/I,COBOL,JCL and DB2.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Knowledge of Design Information System Architecture
- Ability to pick up new areas and work on a Consultant Profile as well
