Your Role and Responsibilities

Job Role :- Business Analyst-Network Services-TEM

As Network Support Specialist, you are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.

Responsibilities

• Performing off-hours work to support customer changes
• Managing problems to resolution using defined process flow
• Implementing changes using defined change management protocol
• Performing additional responsibilities as assigned
• Device activation and implementation
• Perform WAN and LAN troubleshooting
• Monitor network devices and circuits
• Provide circuit utilization reporting
• Maintain CMDB Inventory in Service-Now

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good Knowledge with Networking skill or 1 year of experience / knowledge of R&S, Wireless, Optimization and in load balancing worked in complex environment including various products, aware of SBM and enterprise scenarios.
• Knowledge on Cisco routers, Switches and Networking concepts
• Knowledge on MS Excel and reporting activities
