As a Project Analyst you will be driving the projects from start to finish by coordinating information, responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, stakeholder co-ordination, providing regular data analysis, monitoring, publish project reports, contributing to the overall project strategy by overseeing project execution.
• Leading and assisting the senior project manager in project planning sessions
• Collect the necessary information required to start projects
• Identify the goals and requirements of each project
• Monitoring project progress and adapt work as required
• Verify data and information and analyze it to suit the direction of a project
• Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
• Create and manage the project plans, documentation, and reports for ongoing projects
• Maintain project timeframes, objectives, communications and ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Managing relationships with stakeholders
• Designing and signing off on contracts, SoW
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project releases
• Designing risk mitigation plans and maintaining them
• Conducting project review meetings and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
