D for Business Analyst –
Roles and Responsibilities (Business Analyst - 8 to 10 Years)
· Overall, 8 to 10 years of associated work experience and Develop comprehensive E2E test cases at the application and multi-application levels
· Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
· Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
· Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Performing requirements analysis.
· Help defining the vision for the team’s product
· Help Creating a product road map based on this vision and Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
· Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development and Developing user stories as per defined business needs
· Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
· Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
· Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints with other teams, Help Performing user acceptance testing.
· Create direct channels of communication to software and application developers that get the job done without managerial interjection
· Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers and then follow-up on all results
· Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress
· Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
· Good to have handling projects .Net / Java background
Qualification
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related technical field
· Practical application ability with Microsoft Office, Version One Tools
