Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive residential interior project sales in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation in newly handed-over / near-completion gated communities
Field visits in high-growth residential areas
Build referral network with brokers, builders & architects
Client meetings to understand requirements & budget
Coordinate with design team for proposals, 3D concepts & BOQs
Site visits to completed projects / model flats
Handle pricing, negotiations & payment milestones
Close deals and execute design agreements
Maintain lead tracking in CRM / Excel
Ensure smooth handover to execution team
Desired Candidate Profile
2–5 years experience in Sales / Business Development
Interior Design / Real Estate / Building Materials background preferred
Good knowledge of Hyderabad residential market (West Hyderabad mandatory)
Fluent in English & Telugu (Hindi is a plus)
Strong negotiation & closing skills
Field-oriented and target driven
