Roles And Responsibility: You have to hire a new Business Development Associate. You have to make their onboarding AND HELP THEM TO BE PART OF THE COMPANY.

TRAINING PROGRAM: *17 days OJT (on job target) program in order to get permanent you will have to pass this program. *in 17days you have to hire at least 150 but to pass this program .*if you fail in this program exotic learning is not bound to offer you a permanent position. 

*After Successfully Complete of OJT you receive a Training Stipend, Certificate and Permanent Position, and Letter of Recommendation. *If you do not clear the OJT then you only receive the Training Certificate.

 *TRAINING AND LEADS: one hour of training will be given to you on the very first day. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: Atleast Graduation Complete Freshers are also accepted Good in Telephonic communication

COMPENSATION RULES: CTC-5LPA (4LPA FIX+1LPA variable) 

*Positive performance report of the candidate will be eligible for base pay.
