As a Field Executive for Kadife Skincare Brand, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and products within designated territories. You will engage with potential customers, retailers, and partners to drive brand awareness and sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for skincare, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Promote Brand Awareness: Introduce Kadife Skincare Brand to potential customers, retailers, and partners within assigned territories.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations at various locations such as malls, events, and beauty salons to showcase the benefits and features of Kadife skincare products.
• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with retailers, beauty influencers, and other potential partners to expand the brand's presence and distribution network.
• Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell Kadife skincare products to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product recommendations, and addressing customer concerns. 
• Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback and insights regarding customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform marketing and product development strategies.
• Merchandising: Ensure proper merchandising and display of Kadife skincare products in retail outlets to maximize visibility and sales.
• Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for retail staff and beauty professionals on Kadife skincare products, ingredients, and usage techniques.
• Event Participation: Represent Kadife Skincare Brand at various promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
