Job Responsibilities:

1) Generating new business through various channels like individual homeowners, Builders & Real Estate Agents.

2) Responsible for achieving the desired Business & profitability of the company.

3) Assisting in applying for Govt Tenders

4) Assisting in raising invoice

5) Looking for International Architecture firms for collaboration

6) Interact with PR Agencies.

7) Self-motivated & Target Oriented.

8) Pleasing personality: Must be excellent at Customer Interaction & Relationship Building.

9) Business target setting, planning, promoting, and executing in assigned territory through Builders, Contractors, Individuals, and Real estate Agents.

10) Responsible for representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars.

11) Responsible for providing periodic MIS on market trends, sales activities, project activities, Marketing Strategies, etc.

12) Strategies to promote on Social Media Platforms.

13) Overviewing the project division, Client Management right from kickoff meeting & understanding the design brief to ensure smooth coordination with clients.

Requirements:
1) Qualification: MBA (Architecture / Real Estate / Interiors experience candidates can apply)

2) Relevant Experience: 2 – 3 years

3) Any others: Not applicable
