We are currently seeking a skilled and results-driven Real Estate Presale Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This individual will play a crucial role in facilitating site visits, engaging with potential buyers, and assisting in the closure of real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and deliver exceptional customer service. Occasional travel to cities within Karnataka may be required.
Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including calls, emails, and networking, to generate leads for real estate properties. Identify potential buyers and nurture relationships to drive sales opportunities.
· Client Engagement: Communicate with leads and prospective buyers to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. Provide information about available properties, schedule site visits, and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
· Site Visits: Accompany potential buyers during site visits, showcasing properties and highlighting key features, amenities, and benefits. Answer questions, provide additional information as needed, and offer guidance throughout the visit to enhance the buyer's experience.
· Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by facilitating communication between buyers and sellers, coordinating appointments, and following up on inquiries. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely closing of sales transactions.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support to facilitate their decision-making process.
· Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide informed recommendations to clients. Analyse market data and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine lead generation strategies.
