A.      Freelancers:

Who can Apply?

  • Experienced candidates in Pre-Sales who possess excellent English verbal communication skills
  • Candidates who are willing to work in US shifts
  • Candidates must be flexible with US / Aus / Any assigned international shifts
  • Experience Level: 2+ years in B2B International cold calling, appointment fixing and lead generation
  • Immediate joiners are preferred (Maximum can join within 15 days)
  • Work from home / Work from  Office / Remote working, accordance to candidate’s convenience

Freelancers must have:

1.       Their own laptop / desktop / PC

2.       Excellent or stable internet connection

3.       Earphones

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: 10th / XII / Any Degree
  • English verbal communication skills are the asset
  • Have good negotiation skills
  • Experience in Inside Sales, International Cold Calling, Lead generation, Pre-Sales, Appointment fixation, B2B sales. Prominence to candidates with exposure in IT industry
  • Experience candidates only (Freshers profiles are not considered)

JD:

  • Lead Generations through Cold Calling/bulk mailing
  • Fixing appointments with ‘C’ Level executives for Business Meetings, conferences, trade-shows
  • Follow-ups and rescheduling
  • Sending Business Proposals and Samples
  • Confirming requirements with Clients
  • Customer Relationship management

Interview Rounds:

  • Telephonic Round
  • Virtual Video Call / F2F interview

    Company Offering: 

    INR 3000 ₹, per occurred appointment; INR 3500 ₹ per occurred appointment, for 10+ occurrences in the same month

    B.      Full-time (Work from Office):

    Who can Apply?

    • Experienced candidates who possess excellent English verbal communication skills
    • Candidates who are willing to work in US shifts (5.30 p.m. / 6.30 p.m. / 7.30 p.m. / 8.30 p.m. / 9.30 p.m. IST logins – 9 hours of work, after login) and can self-manage their travel (NO Cabs provided)
    • Candidates must be flexible with US /Aus / Any assigned fixed international shifts
    • Work Location: Hanumanthnagar, Bangalore; 2-3 kms from Basvangudi or Gandi Bazar
    • Experience Level: 1-5 years
    • Immediate joiners are preferred (Maximum can join within 15 days)
    • 100% work from office

    Eligibility:

    • Qualification: 10th / XII / Any Degree
    • Verbal communication skills are the asset
    • Have good negotiation skills
    • Experienced candidates with Inside Sales, International Cold Calling, Lead generation, Pre-Sales, Appointment fixation, B2B sales are preferred
    • Experience in customer service, B2C sales, domestic calling or any other outbound calling etc., can be considered if the candidate has good communication skills and matches the company requirement
    • Experience candidates only (Freshers are not considered)

    Role of the candidate:

    • Must make 80-100 dials per day, roughly
    • Bulk Emailing
    • Responsible for appointment fixation with C-Level Executives in the organization
    • Produce warm B2B Leads
    • Meet monthly targets assigned by the Project manager

    JD:

    • Lead Generations through Cold Calling/bulk mailing
