Your primary responsibility is to generate sales leads and close deals over the phone. You will be tasked with contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuasively presenting products or services to meet those needs. Your goal is to build relationships with customers, overcome objections, and ultimately secure sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.

Listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions or recommendations.

Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits.

Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls.

Handle objections and address concerns to convince customers to make a purchase.

Close sales and achieve weekly or monthly targets set by the sales manager.

Record all interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
