Job Description :
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in our organization by conducting a substantial volume of outbound calls daily to generate leads and oversee end-to-end conversions. Through your effective communication and persuasive skills, you will engage with potential clients, providing insightful information to convince and convert inquiries into successful online registration.
· Making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
· Closing sales leads and assisting the client in entire process
· Meeting or exceeding monthly goals assigned by the Team Leader
· Working with the team and keep developing new market opportunities
· Perform any other jobs assign by management
Desired Candidate Profile :
· Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
· Competitive and enthusiastic personality with negotiation skills
· Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
· Expertise in Microsoft Office
Other Requirements :
· Tech-savvy, proactive, and eager to learn attitude
· The logical, solution-oriented mindset with good analytical ability
· Bachelor’s degree in any stream
