Job Description:
- Making product-wise marketing plans and ensures execution of the same
- To handle ATL, BTL, Institutional Sales function for the territory.
- To strengthen the company's reach in the assigned market.
- Drive the Marketing and Business Development Plans for the assigned territory or as per instructions from the Line Manager.
- To network with key decision-makers of Institutions and implementing our marketing and promotional strategies for organizational growth and development. Key areas – Institutes, Schools, Colleges, Housing societies etc.
- To generate walk-ins within branches and meet the revenue target.
- Promote and Upsell KalraShukla products and services in the target market and generate revenue
- To establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including top schools, colleges, tuition centres, other educational centres etc.
- Building and maintaining rapport with Coordinators /Professors/Teachers/ Principals
- Build relations with various Student bodies.
- Implementation of Systems and Processes for the smooth functioning of the department.
- Ensuring that the ATL and BTL activities are executed within the stipulated time frame and budget
- Maintaining and updating the territory planning sheet regarding the visits of the day to various Colleges/institutes in the area.
- Should maintain a Database of key people who could influence more walk-ins at our branches.

- Should be a Self Starter, Enthusiastic and a Motivated Individual with a passion for numbers.
- Should be proactive and a Go-Getter.
- Should be passionate about conversing with Students and their parents effortlessly and be an ace at customer service.
- Should have the ability to willingly work on the field.
- Should have Excellent English Communication Skills. Should have a two-wheeler preferably.
