Job Description – Business Development Officer
Position: Business Development Officer – Sales Channel
Educational Qualifications: Graduate/MBA/BBA
Experience: Fresher can apply however; preference will be given to candidates with sales experience in Broking, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Non-banking Finance Company, etc.
Remuneration: In the range of Rs.11,000/- to 15,000/- Net Take Home per month (exclusive of Variable Pay - which is incentives + mobile allowance (performance linked)
Salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
* New client acquisition for Broking and Demat Accounts
* Cross selling of Insurance, Mutual Funds, NPS, GoldRush, FD/NCD/Bonds.
Generate and close cross selling opportunities for selling third party products viz. insurance (Life, Health and General),MF, FD / NCD/ Bonds from existing clients of StockHolding. BDO should also generate cross selling opportunities from new clients acquired.
* Achieve sales target set by the management
Generate sales opportunities from open market as well as existing clients for wide range of investment / protection / retirement solutions from StockHolding. Close the leads by working in close coordination with Team Leader / Branch Manager / Branch Sales Officer.
* Daily reporting and updating through the system provided
* Provide market feedback and intelligence
