We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with existing clients.
1. Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
3. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand market presence.
4. Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for the company.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in any field will be preferred.
· Minimum 1 year to 4 years of Experience.
· Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
· Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
