Focus will be on bringing in Dealerships (field will be Apparels, Medical devices, electronics, Health & Wellness products).
Designing, developing and maintaining the sales process in the organization (including its sales, services, end to end solution, sending monthly, weekly and daily reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
Development of proposals, agreements, and pitch for prospective clients.
Handling responsibility by coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from clients or investor for increasing the closure probability .
Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion.
Tracking and reporting competition in the market and taking appropriate actions to stay a step ahead.
Presenting our Franchisee/Dealership Business proposal to the potential franchisee brand, strong followup.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Sourcing and recruiting new dealerships/franchises, along with managing the existing ones
Negotiation and closure.
Cross-selling and Up-selling.
Maintaining Reports .

Education level: Minimum Graduation
Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience (Min 2 years in a company) .
Ethics and integrity of the highest degree.
Specific skills: Self-starter, excellent negotiation skills, handling stress, competitive.
Strong communication skills (via phone, email or in-person).
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
Speaks English, Hindi and Marathi fluently .
Good knowledge about the Navi Mumbai retail market (will be given preference)
Able to travel- Will attend trade shows, conduct market visits with prospects as necessary
Must be driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit .
