Responsibilities include:

1. Understand the complete lead management process and close leads into successful orders over email/WhatsApp/phone calls (up to 10 leads per day)
2. Understand the complete order management process and close the orders into successful payments (up to 3 orders to be managed per day)
3. Understand the complete payment process and get payment completed to close the complete order lifecycle (up to 10 payments to be managed per day)
4. Collect feedback from the customer over email/WhatsApp/phone calls and document the same on Google Sheets
5. Improve the efficiency of the complete order lifecycle by highlighting problems in the current process
6. Document the complete order lifecycle on Google Sheets
7. Create effective presentations and documents explaining the business services being offered to the customer

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
