Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
2. Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database
3. Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property
4. Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
5. Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
6. Generating leads through canopy activities and other promotional activities
7. Cultivating excellent knowledge about real estate markets and best practices
